I was curious if the’re any laws for riding a dirt bike like a motorcycle, and if you needed to have your motor cycle liscense for a dirt bike. I know, in the country it doesn’t really matter but what if you want to ride it in the city? I see people riding dirt bikes in the city all the time and they dont look like they’re getting in trouble for it. Also, is there possibly some kind of tag i have to buy for it? Anyone who can send me some kind of article on it for the state of Maryland, i’m

What are the laws for dirt bike riding? If any?

90% of the time to ride a dirt bike you dont need a license unless you ride it on the streets you half to have all the lights and turn signels on the bike then you half to have insurence and a license plates for the bike but you might want to talk to the department of public safty on your state

Didn't say where you are from but you inferred that you are asking about the laws in Maryland. The laws vary from state to state. Given the close proximity of Maryland to Washington DC it's best to assume that whatever you do is wrong.
In general, if it's fun and involves the burning of fossil fuels, it's either outlawed, controlled, or just plain illegal. If it's not illegal, rest assured that the global warming fans are working towards making it so. Screw the law and go have some fun.
Dirt or off-road bikes cannot be ridden legally in any state. Dirt bikes or motocross bikes don't normally have headlights, tailights, or turn signals. Dual purpose bikes do. Not enough info. Off ride tires also are unsuitable for pavement. Great in the dirt, but suck putty balls at wet pavement traction. Too many variables, you need to narrow it down.
Be safe.
